    Alien asks for help
I thinks it's an 80's movie. This guy comes to this planet. He wants to be helpful. He says he is looking for great danger. Or something like that. He runs into this pimp or drug dealer or all around bad guy. The alien guy says something like; "I'm looking for great danger" and the bad guy says "You found it all right! Anyway the local guys help the alien build a car. I think it takes place in the inner city. That's all I remember. Please help me
