Took plan b, who is the father?
On January 15 I had sex, the condom broke, even though he said he did not ejaculate in me I took plan b 5-7 hours after and got my period. 13 days later I had sex, the condom broke, I did not take plan b, and I got pregnant, who would the father be, the first or second guy?

It's impossible to say without a DNA test.
I can give you an estimate of when you conceived if you give me the date of your LMP and/or your due date.

There's no sure way to tell. You'll have to wait until the baby is born and get a DNA test.

The doctor said I am due October 18 because I am not sure of my lmp and because I told him I thought the baby was conceived on January 28th.

Okay, I am looking at my gestation wheel... the same one your doctor used to calculate your due date, and it says that you most likely conceived on or about January 25.
Now, please understand that this does not take the place of a DNA test.

In the medical community it's actually pretty necessary that we go by the LMP. Since sperm can live in a woman's body for 3-5 days, intercourse can occur before ovulation, thus changing your due date.
Unfortunately, a DNA test will be necessary.

I estimated my last lmp, therefore he estimated my due date. What you are saying is, there is a possibility the first guy is the father?

Yes, there is still that possibility since due dates actually vary by approximately two weeks.

How big of a possibility would you say since he allegedly said he didn't ejaculate and I took the morning after pill and got my period?

Can't say really cause I don't know actually when you ovulated. The morning after pill is great, but is not always 100% effective. There is sperm in early seminal fluid, so ejaculation is not always necessary.
Again, a DNA test is the ONLY way to know for sure.
