#2 - Series date is 1928
#3 - Signatures are Tate and Mellon
#4 - Color of seal and color of serial numbers is blue. No star before.
#5 - What is written above on the very top of the currency? SILVER CERTIFICATE

This bill has always been sealed in plastic, no folds, tears or imperfections at all. No signs it has ever been handled.
