    Any suggestions for removing a showerhead that's on too tight?

    Your shower head is threaded chrome over brass so there's no rust or corrosion concerns.
    Wrap a few turns of duct tape around the base of the shower head and put a wrench on it to unthread it counter clockwise.

    Try spraying some WD40 on it.
