Well this bloke ( shaun easton, some dj or something? http://uk.linkedin.com/pub/shaun-easton/5/a34/6ab) who owns the dog that was bitten by mine, a bullodog bitten by a border terrier, then went on to kick my dog, I pulled my dog off, and started to apologise then this person started to swear at me and threaten me, as did his wife so I walked away, as I walked away he started to folow me and threaten me physically and verbally so I called the police. The police told me I could be arrested for having a dangerous dog, I was shocked at this as I thought an assault where I was pushed , threatened with violence and had a finger poked in my chest would be the criminal act not my dog attacking his.
