    How does a one on one claim work?
    My insurance company sent me a letter stating that in order for me to continue I would need to do a one on one claim... I need to know what that is.

    Maybe more information would enable us to answer your question.

    Are you asking for your insurance company to pay for a loss (are you making a claim)? If for, what is the nature of the policy, homeowner's insurance, auto insurance, or what?

    And can you possibly tell us more exactly what the letter says about this "one-on-one claim" you mention?
