    Gain height after 24
    I am 24 years of old guy. My height is only 5.3 feet. My weight also only 40 kg. can I increase my height & weight? If I can how it is? *** *** help me.
    Any medicine is there for increase my height & weight? Give me suggetion... ***

    The ends of your bones have grown closed by 24, that means your vertical growth days are over.

    Your weight and muscle mass are determined by how hard you work and genetics. Avoid any forms of steroids to get that mass unless you want to die young of complications cause by those steroids.

    I'm sorry, you've reached your full adult height. However, good posture can make you look taller, and there's no reason you can't fake it with shoes that add an inch or two.

    You can increase your weight by eating enough and lifting weights.
