    Restraining order
    A friend of my son has been inour home for months, we keep asking her to find another place to live , but she is still here. What can be done to get her out without a fight. Restraining order?

    Restraining order for what, has she threatened you or the family, is she stealing from the house ?

    You can evict her, give her written notice that she needs to move and if she does not then file for formal eviction in court
