    Can a home dna test be messed with ?
    Can a home dna test be messed as my sister is having a lot of probs with a man who says he is her son's dad but she has never been with him and he has had a home dna test done and they say it come back that he is his and will not give her a copy of the dna results.

    A home test has not force of law. She should tell him to stop harassing her or she will get a restraining order against her. If he wants to go to court to enforce his alleged rights, the court will order a test. Until he goes to court, he has no rights.
