How do I get this girl to like me in middle school? I really like this girl in 7th grade. Since the beginning of second semester in 6th grade, is when I started liking her. I just knew she was a classmate, but just left it at that. When I learned a bit about her in the introductions that my teacher called, I instantly liked her. She isn't like the other girls in my opinion. The others overdress in the latest fashions and wear too much make up. For some reason they carry their purses everywhere, and she doesn't. She can just wear a T shirt and jeans. We are really alike, and I know other girls like her. But they are my friends and they? She?s just different. She is really cute, but not overly hot, like the in crowd, and she can be hot, too. She?s extra funny, and super friendly. How can I get her to like me? I?m almost exactly the same as her, it?s just that I really can?t say I?ve done anything get her to like me, yet and when I try to, I stammer with my nerdy side. (Which is like 50% of me.) I think she thinks of me as a nervous wreck, because my face turns red a lot. Mostly because she is either walking beside me or behind me. Some of my friends say she likes me and she?s stalking me when she does that, but I think it?s just coincidence. Also, when she tells me a joke (which she does a lot) I really wish I could laugh, but I?m only capable of smiling awkwardly. I'M SO STUPID!! She stands up for me when I get bullied and I don't say thank you. I wish I could talk to her. Whenever I try to pretend she's just a friend, The conversation goes,
"Hi," She says.
"Uh.....Um...Hi..uhh.." I say.
It's middle school, whenever my older brother gives me advice, I know not to take it, because it only works with high school girls. Can I at least get her to be my friend?

Well I'm sure you guys can be friends... just be yourself and if you need to you can always practice talking to her like at home and stuff... and you should see if she has a cell phone that way you can start talking to her well I hope this helps a little... cause I'm just a girl.. and I started middle school this year also :) so just hang in there and give it some time you'll eventually talk to her:)

Okay, so I know she doesn't have phone because, well she isn't really a type of person to have a cell phone. People call me and her the "The Phone less" Yeah, I don't get it. I have talked to her, just only words I didn't want to come out came out. Like what I was thinking out loud. We've talked to each other about 12 times, and she's never really minded my stammering.
And, I'm myself all he time. No matter what. Now my friends keep asking if I think she likes me. They have some good points, that some lead to that she does, or she doesn't. When I usually find her, she's behind me or beside me in a short distance, really just walking there. Is that stalking? Also, me and my friends always race each other through the halls from lunch and back, and now she's kind of doing it with her friends. Does she like? That would save me a lot time. I've got all labor day weekend...

Tell one of your friends you like her then they will probably tell someone then evryone would know and then she would kind of be forced to go out with you it s kind of bad advice so don't do it you don't want to exspecially not if your the shy type

Man, just hang out with her as mch as possible, get to know her better, and let her get to know you. That's what I do, it works half the time, but some girls just don't like you, but the sound of it, she likes you and you should ask her out. Your choice though.
