Okay wel its been a month and 3 days since I've had my period, I feel sick, pee a lot, my lower stomach hurts, feels a little like cramping, I get dizzy and sometimes emotional. My boobs hurt a little, and even though I just ate a few hours later I will get so dizzy and start shaking and the only thing that stops it is when I eat, could I be pregnant? When should I take a test?

Since you are late, try a test now. If negative, give it several more days and try another test or you could see your doctor for a test at the office.

It is not uncommon for periods to be a bit off now and then, and some of the symptoms of pms and early pregnancy can be the same, so it may be that your period is going to start soon.

Since the dizziness stops when you eat, it may be that you are having a drop in your blood sugar levels. Are you eating healthy food choices most of the time? Do you have some snacks between meals? Are you following any sort of diet at this time? Whether you are pregnant or not, mention this to your doctor.
