I'm 16, and I've had a foot fetish ever since I entered my early teen years. I'm a really nice person, and I respect females A LOT! I never tell anyone about my foot fetish, because I'm afraid they'll think I'm a pervert. I know that foot fetish's are the most common of all fetish's, but I still feel a bit guilty when I catch myself staring at a girl's feet if they are really "pretty" feet. I've only had one girl friend, and I have never had sex and I'm not planing to until I'm at least 18. So my question is, are girls turned off by a guy with a foot fetish?

Of all fetishes I can think of offhand, it seems the least objectionable.
Many women are practically obsessed with their own feet and with shoes, so I would imagine it wouldn't be so different, depending on how you act.

It happened to me something very similar to your problem when I was 16 , I just didn't want to tell my girlfriend about my foot fetish because I used to consider me a pervert and it was so embarrassing for me to talk about that but when we first had sex I felt as , you know, more confident, I realised that I loved her and that she loved me and it didn't matter really much what my sexual likes were because she loved me so I decided to tell her. To my surprise she said that it wasn't so big deal and that it was a turn on for her XD. During the following months we had real fun playing foot fetish games and it was a great experience for me.
Now I am 30 and it has been long since I came to the conclusion that in life its not important what turns you on or off, if a woman loves you, she won't mind. I still don't tell many people about my foot fetish cause it is something personal for me but I can assure you that its not so strange and that many women consider it as a turn on or at least they don't mind. In my whole life, I have told 8 women about my foot fetish and out of all of them, only one considered it as strange and didn't like it but she was still OK with me.
Currently I'm married with a beautiful nice girl who has gorgeous feet and knows about my fetish, it is not a turn on for her but she lets me suck her feet or massage them or whatever because she loves me, the important thing is to be nice to women, not if you have a fetish or not, so if I were you, I would just tell your girlfriend the truth , I'm sure that you would be surprised.
