    Legal enquirey
Hi can anyone help I am asking this question for my son who separated from his partner a year ago, there are 2 children involved,he does not see his children as he has to collect them from his ex mother or sister as his ex is in hospital.the mother sister an her brother are all very verbal to my son and he has had messages from the mother stating she hopes he dies in an the worst possible car accident,my son has had enough and said he's not willing to be put through it week after week and I don't blame him,but he's not getting to see his kids, does any 1 know if my son would have to go to court to get ascess to his kids if they were droped of at a drop in centre and taken back there when it was time to go home this is what my son wants so he doesn't have to see any of his exs family, also by law is his ex allowed to move away from my sons home town to move 90 miles away does she have to have his consent to take his children away, thanks all any advice would be great

He needs to go to court to establish custody and visitation. If the in-laws continue, then they can be charged with contempt of court.

He needs to do this IMMEDIATELY before she moves. He needs to get a visitation schedule set up before she moves and it becomes impossible.

As soon as the mother started giving him problems with visitation he should have gone to court to establish custody and visitation then.
