    Debt Negotiation Lawyers in ontario
I bought a car in 2003 and then ran into financial difficulties and the last payment I made for the car was in November of 2003. The car wasn't picked up until the summer of 2004.and that was the last day I ever heard anything about the car. Now I get a letter in August of 2010 and they are demanding 20.000 and threatrning to talke me to court. I was wondering if they can actully take me to court or do I fall under the six year limitations or the two year limitation?
