No, it's an old wives tale. Don't you sometimes "feel" something? This is in the same category.
Pregnant? How old are you?
This is your 11th post in about 6 weeks about pregnancy - maybe they should all be combined for ease in understanding and responding to you. You seem to be obsessing.
Are you married? Can you afford this baby PLUS living expenses PLUS you won't be able to work for a while - have you taken these factors into consideration?

If you can support a child, no, there is no problem - however, I would rely less on messages and signs and more on Physicians.
Why is your Grandmother having these dreams, visions, experiences, feelings?

Not being rude but does it really matter how old I am? I'm 18 by the way & there is nothing wrong with saying pregnant my GRANDMOTHER says pregnant!

Lots of people say a lot of things - when you say "prego" I think you sound like a child, unfamiliar with the real word, which is pregnant. This is like a "cute" name for a medical term.
It obviously matters to me or I wouldn't have asked. AMHD does not answer adult questions for children and I wanted to make certain of your age. That's all.
I noticed that when asked NOT to type all in caps you continued to type in caps, responding that it's a bad "habbit," so I assumed you were very young.
Where is the prospective father in all of this? 18 is VERY young to have enough education and experience to raise a child.

Anastazia... please try to understand that in order to help provide you will accurate and supportive information, age is often a factor. Information is often dispensed along with some wisdom gained from experience in order to help the poster make sound decisions. Like it or not, it is a fact that how you perceive things and think about things at this stage in your life, will likely be quite different in several years time. What is suggested for some older, or even younger, can be quite different at times.
Someone very young may do just fine having and raising a baby, but most are unaware of the 24/7 responsibilities and have to struggle financially. Sure family may step in and help out, but would that really be fair to expect them to? Very rare for a young person to be able to do the job well on their own.
Your grandmother dreamed of you being pregnant does not mean you are or that you will be soon. At some point you probably will be pregnant... so I guess you could say that eventually your grandmother's dream will be correct. But what is the time limit on her dreams?
Some women may feel they just know when they are pregnant, but most have no idea until they miss that first period or perhaps start experiencing morning sickness.
In response to your comment on an earlier post on this thread, there is nothing wrong with wanting to be pregnant... the point was that many, many times women, of any age, who would like to be pregnant will look for any possible symptom that might suggest they could be. I have done this myself!. :)
JudyKayTee has good points... one being where is the potential father in all of this? Is he wanting a child as well? Would the two of you be able to provide a child with everything you would like to be able to? Or would you have to scrape by to make ends meet? Do you have insurance? Do you know the coverage for pregnancy and a baby? What about any college and career plans? Living arrangements? Do you have your own place? What if your relationship didn't last... could you care for a child on your own or would you expect your family to take over? If so, does your family know that you are hoping to become pregnant?
These are just a few of the questions you need to seriously consider. Yes, babies can be wonderful, cute, and fun... but they are also noisy, time consuming, exhausting, impatient, demanding, get ill, need constant attention, and messy. Your time will not be your own for a very, very long time.
Everyone here just hopes that you will consider meeting all of your own education and career goals first. Make sure you are in the best possible position you can be in in order to provide a child with the sort of life you would truly like to be able to provide.
