    Had to stop canning in the middle of boiling tomatoes... can I reheat and pressure coo
    I had everything ready for canning my tomatoes, had them in the jar... and the seal on my cooker was leaking.. what can I do with the 9 pts that I already boiled the tomatoes?
    Can I recook or heat up tonight and start over

    You can do tomatoes in a hot water bath.
    I would reheat and then proceed, your seals were not totally sealed, so you can reuse them.
