    Why do neutered cat kill kittens
    I have a newly neutered adult cat (about 3 yrs old) who attacked and killed a 2 months kitten.

    Sometimes toms, neutered or not, will kill kittens. It not only gets rid of competition for food, but it sends the mother into heat.
