    Renter's rights during foreclosure (maryland state)
    If I rent in the state of Maryland can I be evicted before my lease expires if the Landlord undergoes foreclosure?

    NO, if you have a lease that does not change until after the foreclosure is complete. THe new owners may permittyou to stay and maybe they won't.
