How do we give up my parental rights
Blended family 2 boys from ex her 1 girl from my ex the boys father never includes them in his life same with my daughters mother. This has worked for 16 yrs were a normal family my oldest son 21 doing great. College, now the navy my daughter 20 doing great going to college they both never had problems in school or the law or with our rules then there is our youngest defies every rule has no respect for anyone been in trouble with the law beat people up does every drug known to man we've taken him to counseling several time he knows how to work them they all say he fine he will not go to rehab. Here in Utah, police can't force him to go unless he become's violent with us. All police officer know him and tell us he's a piece of (blank) for us to beat him just don't leave no bruises. His biological father took him in for 1 month after he got in his stepmothers face he was shipped back to us with no notification. Know were stuck with him we think he's dealing drug too. I come from a family of 90 none of my nephew's or neices have cone this how do we give him up to the state. p.s I forgot. We had to agree to give the ex sole custody to him but we still have joint legal now we know he just wanted that for tax purposes. He won't aswer our calls our youngest class graduates this year he will not. So again how do we give him to the state.

You don't. A child is not a thing that can be dumped when he becomes inconvenient.

The only thing you can do, is report him for any crimes he commits, get him committed to a facility until he's 18 at which point you can turn him out on his own.

I love how people who cannot control their children somehow want the TAXPAYERS to take care of the problem.

Get JOINT counseling with your son. Look into military or disciplinary schools. YOU need to get help, because obviously you don't know how to parent this child.

And as Scott said--a child isn't a puppy. You don't get to drop him off at the "humane society for people" when you can't get him to stop peeing on the floors and chewing the furniture.
