    Refrigerator Not Working: Only Fan Running
    It seems my fan is the only thing running on my fridge. I turned it off and let it thaw out in case it was frosted up, even though I didn't see any evidence of that, but when I plug it in, only the fan runs that pushes air out the back, presumably to keep it cooler under the unit.

    Any thoughts on things I can check out or test to see what may be preventing it from running and cooling?

    Have you ever vacumed out the condenser coils? Make and Model? Could be overload and relay on compressor itself.

    I have not ever vacumed the coils, are those accessible through the back or do I need to lay it down for that? The unit is an Amana bottom freezer, don't have the specific model on me now but can post it later if that is helpful.

    Ok, got home and vacuumed the condenser coils, embarrasingly bad down there. When I pluged it back in the fan that cools that area is still the only thing running. I manually turned the timer all the way around, the fan stopped but nothing else has kicked on.

    My model is Amana BC121VW
