    If the person does not have a job but is married a husband work can he be liable
    My husband has awrit of exacution against his cousin and she no longer has a job, But she is married her husband has been working for the same company for years can he be liable.

    Hard to tell without knowing the nature of the suit or the locality. But the likelihood is no.

    Person has a writ of exacution on them but is not working can her husband be liable
    I have a default judgment against my cousin in the amount of 1922.22 at 5% interest, she quit her job but is married can her husband be liable and is the 5% interest yearly or monthly

    No. The judgment is against your cousin, not her husband. He is not obligated on it.

    The 5% interest would be per year.
