Am I pregnant? Why am I not getting my normal period?
I had sex mid July. Had some pregnancy signs early, I haven't gotten my period, but I've been taking Vitamin C with ascorbic acid which is kind like a herbal abortion pill. I took 4 home test, one blood test a few weeks ago and all came out negative, even the one I took when I first woke up in the morning. But its been a bit over a month and still no period, although my periods aren't exactly regular and I've been stressing A LOT. I know stress can delay it. But today I was cramping and I thought I got my period when I was bleeding a bit. It was light though and didn't even have a period odor to it. I looked it up and it said stuff about stress delaying your period, and sometimes make it a bit light but pregnancy can also do it.
Can you please add some helpful facts? Feel free to ask me anything.

No respectable medical provider would call you pregnant from what you have said.

All of your "symptoms" are just presumptive signs... meaning not reliable for diagnosing as pregnant.

Hell... many of the presumptive signs of pregnancy can be experienced by a man.

Nothing that you've stated is a reliable determination of pregnant vs not.

Only time and testing can give you that answer... and for some who are pregnant, it can take months...

Outside of a positive htp... or more likely following a positive htp... id like to hear some fetal tones or have radiological visualization to confirm.

Every woman who comes into the ER with the kind of complaints you have gets a blood test. Its more sensitive than urine tests.

But even then... a failure to test positive doesn't mean not pregnant. It means a failure to detect threshold levels of hormone... which can mean not pregnant or can mean hormone levels aren't high enough to "prove" pregnant when you are.

Time and testing is all you can do. There is no NOW answer. I'm sorry.

Your period may just be off and the cramping and spotting are signs it is about to start. You said they are not exactly regular, so that could be why you haven't had one yet. You would have to be megadosing the vitamin C before it would potentially interfere with pregnancy.

When was your last period?

If no "normal" period in the next week, try another test. If negative, see what happens when your period would be due for September.

As kp said, only way you will know for sure is when you test and get a positive.

I got my period a bit before July.
Although, when I woke up today I seemed to be having a normal-ish period. Cramping and everything. I've never been so happy to say I think I have my period. I was wondering if it could be causes of other things though, like miscarriage from the pills? I was taking 10-12 C pills throughout the day for about a two weeks. Would it be normal to have semi heavy flow during pregnancy?
Another question, Im still a young teenager. Dose age play a factor in how well someone carries? Or the chances of having a miscarriage?

How many mg are in each vitamin C tablet? Were you taking this many with the idea of preventing or ending a possible pregnancy? In theory it has potential, but in practice it is debatable as to how effective it is.

Since you are a young teen, that itself is a very likely reason why your periods are not regular. While for some they are very regular, it is not uncommon for periods to fluctuate for several years for many teens. It does also play a role in how well you may carry pregnancy as some risks, miscarriage being one of them, do increase when young teens and much older women become pregnant.

It would not be normal to have a semi-heavy flow while pregnant. Some people do experience some bleeding or spotting, particularly in early pregnancy, but it is not the norm. You would not have an actual period if pregnant.

Obviously you are having sex, so please be wise about it and make sure you are protected every single time if you choose to continue. YOU are the one who would have to deal with an unplanned pregnancy, so YOU have to make sure you are protected always.
