    How do I get my husband back to the usa if he don't have green card
    I am an american woman I married a man from another country he is going back to his country but in order for him to come back to the USA he says I have to come to his country to bring him back is there another way I can get him back instead of going to his country

    No, he has to go to his country and then he will have to apply for the proper paper work to return. If you want to be with him during all of this ( and if he never gets the paper work) you will have to go to his nation with him

    Not enough info... but if marriage is not a sham marriage then you can petition him without leaving US. Since you did not provide any details how he entered US, or did he overstay his visa, etc. It's best to consult immigration attorney.
