Is the 9th Street in San Marcos CA safe place to live?
We just got an offer to move to the 9th Street in San Marcos, CA. It is a small house, but we have only one child at this time and don't need too many bedrooms, and it is a good price. Does anyone know how is that area? And what about schools... we have a two year old that may go to preschool next year...
