What does it mean when a solicitor say proceedings against you have been withdrawn
    Hello

What does it mean when a solicitor send you a letter saying proceedings against you have been withdrawn and I have done so as instructed by claimant.

In this case there was a judgement already been made and then proceedings was to follow with a final judgement, when the claimant withdrawn his claim.

Can the person still use the first judgement order to reopen the case?? / and carry on the claim?.

If a claim has been withdrawn the case is ended. But a claimant can reinstate the claim at any time since the case was not dismissed by the court.

No. But they will have to prove their claim. Probably the claim was withdrawn because the claimant was advised they don't have enough evidence. So they need to gather more. If they do, they reinstate the claim.
