    I can I stop garnishment ?
    One person told me I can stop garnishment if I am on medical assistant is that true

    Usually, no. Do you mean you are on medical assistance? What form?

    Most SS Disability income CANNOT be touched except for student loans, child support - money in a bank, co-mingled with other money (say, a joint account) can be seized and then it's up to you to prove the source.
