    Parent with disability
    I have 3 children to the same man, but my daughter just recently wanted to go and live with her dad.. there is a support order for me to pay for my daughter, but he is on disability.. does he have to pay support? I live in Pennsylvania if there are different laws, I pay support for my daughter... plus the other two children that are his that live with me and I take care of.

    Have you gotten a court order for support for this case as a whole? Also what type of disability is he on? (State or SSI).

    We need more info here. Where you ever married to the father of your children? Was a custody order ever set by the courts? Did you ever apply for support from him? Did you both live in PA when you split? If not, did you live where he lives now? Did you allow your daughter to go live with him or did he apply for a change in custody? Did he apply for support for her and where?

    There may be more once we get this stuff sorted out. Please answer ALL these questions so we can help.
