I know what your talking about.. its have been 2 months now since I have been suffering from this. I have notice since I moved to another island, right there and then the itch starts in my throat, ear and eyes. I haven't gotten a relief not one time, it has been ongoing torture! I notice when I went sailing it stopped and as soon as I came back to land it started. So something is really working againts my system. I really need so help, natural remedies because I really hate going to the doctor having them giving me all kinds of toxic sh*t. It is so annoying, I feel like I want to cut my f***king throat myself and give it a scratch, seriously. I have taken allergy pills, honey, gargle with water and salt, nothing help! I am going out of my mind here. Please help!!

It does sound like an allergy. Some people get by with medication and the next step (in orthodox medicine) would be a daily antihistamine plus a steroid (cortisone) nasal spray, but if you are reacting so strongly the bottom line is if you continue to be exposed to what is triggering it, no amount of medication or remedies will take it away.

I would either move or get allergy testing so that you can figure out what to stay away from, or if you can't, to get desensitization therapy to the trigger. Often it's just seasonal, though, and you can live with it (with or without medication) or get steroid shots once a year.

I'm not aware of any natural remedies but I'd be surprised if they work miracles either. In my opinion, a natural remedy is just a weaker piece of toxic sh*t. And anything without side-effects probably has no effects either. But I've been wrong before.
