    She could get very dehydrated.

    Is she sick? Is she anorexic? What are the reasons behind her not eating or drinking?

    After about two days the body would become seriously dehydrated,I suggest you get her to a doctor as soon as possible regardless of why she has not consumed food or drink in 4 days.

    OK! This needs to be done and it needs to be done ASAP.

    1. You need to take her to the Emergency Room ASAP. She needs some sort of IV (saline,ect) to get her hydrated. More than likely she is severely dehydrated and on the verge of dying.

    2. After being released from the hospital you need to keep her eating and drinking. Chances are, her body is already stressing enough from the lack of water. She needs proteins and vitamins. Chewable vitamins work great and keep her stocked on those proteins (nuts, almonds, peanut butter, ect).

    3. You need to keep an eye out for her at all times. This could be a cry for help if something is wrong in her life. She may need help. This could easily be a suicide case.

    4. If you cannot figure out why she did it, take her to a therapist. There are trained people that can help her. See what you can do.
