    Can your retail landlord keep your inventory if it is worth more than you owe?
    Can your landlord keep your inventory if it is worth substantially more than the back rent you owe?

    to whose value ? If they sell it out at auction would it even bring the amount you owe ?

    we owe 65,000 the inventory is worth at retail value over 3 million if they sell everything at 90% off it will still be worth 300,000.00.
