    If I can proof infidelity before my divorce come up, what are the chances of me winin
    I founded that my wife travel outside the country with the excuse that she was helping her mom with some legal papers. Some how I knew something wasn't right. I came to find that she has a relationshift with one of her old boyfriends. I do have E-mail and Pictures to prove it. My divorce is coming up next month. My question is can I claim benefits?

    What kind of benefits are you talking about. Not sure what you are asking. Are you in the USA?

    Are you wanting to use it for child custody ?

    But in general, most states don't even require a reason for the divorce, and normally division of property is just by state law.
    Fighting for extra ( unless you are extremely rich) will normally only make the lawyer money
