1998 Ford Aerostar rear springs - coil or strut?
    Good Morning,

A friend drives a 98 Ford Aerostar van that seems to be falling apart bit by bit.

The rear suspension (springs) have gone very soft and don't support more than 400 - 500 lbs in the back anymore.

I want to replace the springs for her family but don't know if they're coil-over-shock, or macpherson strut; can any lend some knowledge or insight here?

    Thanks much!
