18 weeks pregnant
Hi, I am 18 weeks pregnant and I am worried about drinking tea,I am not really sure if this is safe or it can harm my unborn baby... I was drinking ty-phoo tea before and now,and I'm getting so worried now that it maybe cause any harm,I am not drinking it pure but just a half of mug then the rest is milk.. please help. Thank you

You are meant to cut back on caffine when pregnant but drinking tea won't harm your baby. I had about 2 cups of tea a day when I was pregnant. My friend had cravings for Red Bull and drank loads of them and they contain the same amount of caffine as about 8cups of coffee and her baby turned out just fine. Don't worry, keep drinking your tea if you want it |
