    Breach of lease too many occupants
    I applied for aparments and when I made the app me and my dad are on the contract but the person from the office did not put my kids so two months later they said me and my dad are breach of lease to many occupants but I put my kids on the original application its not my fault their employee did not put them in the lease they showed me the aplicaction were my kid are but they said since they were not in the contract I'm at breach

    The terms of the contract are written on the contract - there are no legal exceptions.

    You didn't realize that the children were omitted when you signed? That's a lesson in reading legal papers before signing them (too late now, I realize).

    I don't think you have a defense and I'm sorry about that.
