I have got zenith concierge tvs 27 inchs now iwant to reprograme it but with universal remotes it don't display "manu" on the screen so it can't be programed. Please help.thanks

Does the universal remote have power and is it stated anywhere on the package or instructions for it that it will work with the particular brand/type of television that you have, please?

With the universal remote I am able to program it. Remote can turn off and on. Can change the channels and volume also works but it do not display the"manu" on the screen so I can reprogram it. Looks like the TV is locked because it only has 45 channels
