My sister is acting crazy. It all started last week she started sending me messages saying "she's found the key to being ritch and happy" and saying I LOVE YOU all the time wich is something she never says. Now she's talking in 3rd person and saying she's jesus and that we all must die, and all the females in her family are pregnant. She wants to have a kid really bad and recently found out that she's unable to do so. The things she says are related to that and I'm thinking to her finding that out was a traumatic experience and she doesn't know how to deal with it. She'll say "if you bleed from you v*gina then thats ok, you shouldnt have sex until you get married and bleeding means jesus is giving you time to get it right and and then you can have kids, and you'll start dying but its ok because jesus is gonna help you, you just gotta look at the light"... I don't know what to do, I'm hopping it'll pass, she's making more sense now and she's looking better... she's went crazy before when she very young becaue it was of drugs, but she hasn't been doing drugs. She hasn't slept in about 4 days and she's scared to go to sleep because she's afraid she's going to die. Ever since she was a kid she's always been scared of death.

If your sister hasn't slept in 4 days that in itself will cause bizarre behavior and hallucinations. But now is not the time to conjecture about what is causing the behavior. Leave that to a professional. First, take steps to ensure that she is placed in competent care to prevent any possible harm from occurring.

Call 911, as KitKat recommended, for an ambulance and they take will her to the appropriate treatment resource. The behavior you have cited is very serious and should be dealt with promptly.
