Looking for a 70's/80's Halloween cartoon.
I remember an old cartoon with bright colorful blobs that I think were ghosts living in an old house. I think it may have been a little sad or maybe even a little bit of a love story between 2 of the blobs/ghosts! Thought about it for years! HELP!!
