    I'm sorry that you feel that way but you're going to have to give a few more details on how you are feeling because there could be a plethora of reasons you may be feeling this way. Are you male or female? How old are you? Are there any specific situations that have occurred that make you feel most disappointed? This info would be a step towards helping you.

    What's your life like? Often we feel that way when we are going through hard times so are you going through something that's hard to handle. The best thing to do is talk to someone about it. Friend, parents, teachers. They may not have solutions, but they can point you in the right direction.
