I am the mother of a 12 year old boy and his father will not let me see him. I got into trouble a few years back and after all my trouble he still let me see him and I just don't know why he won't now. I have two other younger boys that would love to see there brother and they don't understand why and can't give them an answer either because I don't even know.. I called legal aid and they said that I qualify but they don't know if they have the funds to help me. We have a visitation order in place and he is clearly not going by it. Help what else can I do.

Also I have learned a really valuable lesson from my past. I am a very loving mother that only wants the best for her kids. I have even told the father that if he don't feel comfortable with me seeing him alone that he could supervise but he won't. My son and I were very close and his dad would only tell him bad things about me that were not true! I am very sad because all I want is for me and his father to work together to raise our son!

This is a legal issue so has been moved to the appropriate forum.

If there is a court ordered visitation schedule in place, then you need to go back to the court and enforce it. Petition the court to cite him for contempt of court for not making your son available for your scheduled visitation.
