    Will social security pay for me to get air conditioning in my house?
    My son is diabled and must sleep with the windows closed because he has severe asthma. Will Social Security pay for air conditioning in his home?

    I don't think SS will cover air conditioning. Buy a window unit and turn that on when he has to sleep. Window units are not that expensive.
