    Hunter part no 85095-01
We bought a house with Hunter remote control fans in every room. We cannot figure out how to make them come on. I replaced the battery in the remote however just the light comes on on the remote when I click a button... can somebody please tell me the secret to this remote control and is there anyway to bypass the remote so that the fan comes on with the switch?

    Ginny,

I need some help here, please.

Are you trying to use the same remote on all of the fans or are you using a remote for each room?

My first suggestion would be to notate the switch settings on the remote, then slide the switches back and forth to make sure they are clean.

Next, I would make sure that the switches for the fan match the switches on the remote.

I am not sure if all Hunter fans use the same "Ir" code freqs. but I will try to find that out.
