    Do we need Tenancy agreement for student dependent VISA
    Do we need Tenancy agreement for student dependent who's applying at the same time as the student. My husband would be applying as my dependent after our marriage next week.I already got my VISA. We are planning to go together. Do we need to show the proof of accommodation or just showing enough funding can my husband be issued a VISA?

    Tenancy agreement is not mandatory, but good to have. The most important issue is you need to prove this is not a sham marriage. Good luck.

    Are you sure that we do not need proof of accommodation? We are applying for UK Student Dependent VISA under Tier-4.
