My ex girlfriend was 22 weeks pregnant when she left and moved back home with her mother 3 hours away. She constantly was calling me about being in a auto wreck flipping car, insecticide poisoning, burst cyst in stomach caused by baby etc. On July 20th she told me she fell down steps at her home while holding her 10 month old and she gave birth to a 1.5 pound baby boy who died. She also claimed her daughter had multiple injuries. We called hospital but no record of her or her daughter there and called funeral home where baby was supposed to be but no record. She said it was all private told hospital and funeral home not to give out info. I called CPS July 22nd but no answers from them yet as to whether she is still pregnant or not. I think she is mentally instable but want to know if she is still pregnant because I want DNA and visitation rights to my son.

You need to file suit for her to produce a death certificate.

Make the trip if she is still pregnant then you should be able to tell. If she is not then it should be obvious.

Other then that your going to have to do as Scott has suggested.

Yes this helps a lot I'm distraught over not knowing. She is a master manipulator and I want to stay as far away from her as possible but want to know for sure. Thanks a lot
