I've had headaches for the last 5 years and discovered that they are brought on only after I eat beans, corn or chocolate. I've never had any kind of food allergies before, but now at 40 years old, I have had to watch what I eat or else I get an intense headache with a feeling that my eye is swelling and glands in my neck are swelling. Has anyone experienced this? If so, I would love your comments.

My only recommendation is to avoid those foods.

Have you discussed this with your doctor? He/she should be able to set up a diet plan you can follow to avoid these headaches.
