    I just purchased a bichon and she will not eat
    My puppy is 8 weeks and I just purchased her. I took her home with me and the breeder gave me the same food she has been eating. Once we got home she seems to just want to lay in my arms. I tried to feed her and give her water but she does not seem to want them. I am starting to worry about her. Please help

    Bare in mind you have a baby, very similar to human baby right now. You have taken her to a new environment and if she just wants to be with you, that is enough for her right now and she will eat, no doubt about it once she knows she is safe and loved. She hasn't been away from her own mom for very long. She is bonding with you. If you want to ease your mind, call your vet and take her in. Your vet has to meet her sooner or later for her check up and first vaccinations.
