    I am 12, I am 5ft 7in, I weigh 145. How do I become skinny?
    I am 12, I am 5ft 7in, I weigh 145. It doesn't seem I'm fat its just I have a lot a fat on me. How do I get rid of it.? Please help me.

    Eating healthy foods and exercising responsibly. That's the only way.

    You're only 12, you're still growing, I wouldn't worry too much about your weight unless your doctor is concerned.

    You are still 12. The baby fat will go away as you continue to grow.

    Your weight is actually pretty good for your height.

    I am 12 to, and I recently went from 125 pounds to 100. It is EASY! All you do is eat 900 to 1200 calories a day and have 2-3 hours of exercise. And if you want the fat to go fast, eat perfect!

    Many children these days don't go out and play anymore...
    They sit at home playing video games, watch TV, play on the computer..
    If you do any of these a lot.
    I suggest you go out and play with your friends, go play tag, or play some sports, something that requires you to exersise your muscles... just have fun, your still 12 yet, focus more on having fun rather than on your weight :)

    Actually, I've heard that video games aren't a major contributor to weight gain. You're most likely not exercising as your playing, but if you have a controller in both hands, you won't be eating.

    I am 12 and weigh 150 =( but I laze around a lot but lately I have been turning on my radio and doing jumping jacks the whole song and take a few breaks in one song to drink some water then on the next song I do sit ups and I have been losing weight. All it takes is slowing down on eatting even if you think it will taste the best so you HAVE to have it, only eat if you ARE hungry and exercise (play wii fit, hang with friends, play sports, put more effort in at gym class and even dancing around in your bedroom helps =D) Good luck!
