    Can credit card collector take my home?
    Can a credit card debt collecter take your home if you lost your case in court?

    If you lost your case in court,then you got a judgement which gives them the right to attach your bank accounts and if your state allows garnish your wages. Check the laws in your state. As far as actually taking your house no they really don't want the house but they could put a lien on it.
