    Disable long distance on landline phone
    I have a phone outside my home. I want to change the wiring so that no unauthorized person can use it to call long distance

    What country is this in, What do you mean by "phone outside my house" I have a picture of a phone hanging on the wall outside of the home

    You need a toll call restrictor such as this one: Aaron's TCR

    A Toll Restrictor is what you need, you could just use a switch.
    I take it, it is OK for People to make Local calls?
