    What do I have to do when a none blood relative is contesting my grandads will and is trying to get all that he left his family and is not happy with her share of what he left her .

    Well the subject line tells it all. You need to consult a solicitor on this.

    From what I got from your posts, someone mentioned in the will is contesting the will and wants the whole estate. On what grounds is she contesting the will? Has the will been submitted to probate? Who is the executor of the will? I assume you are in the UK, if not we need to know your general location (ANY question about law needs a general area as laws vary by area).

    Fisrt we need more info and a little more generalazation of your situation.

    1) where is this takingplace State or Country

    2) who is this person in the equation. Is it a girlfriend or someone else?
