    How to get my naked pictures back?
    I am a foreinger (28) living in Japan. Me and my boyfriend broke up recently. He has got my naked pictures and a video (yes, I was stupid to trust him). I am afraid that he might use it against me but I am afraid to confront him directly because once when I did he blankly refused to give them back. I don't know if Japanese law can help me get my privacy back. Btw he is an American, aged 40.

    Assuming he is in the US, no there is nothing you can do, if he was given, took or they were his at the time of the relationship, they are his to keep.

    And even if you tried to get them back, he can make 100 copies so you would never get them back anyway
